Letter A Lesson on Farm Animals

- Worksheet that said "sheep say B...." with spaces for them to write in the letter A. The body of the sheep was a big circle that they glued cotton balls inside of. We also worked on drawing lines by adding green grass along the bottom for the sheep.

- Letter A writing worksheet. Had pictures of different things all over the page and circled the things that start with the "a" sound then practiced writing Aa.

- To practice cutting I had a variety of farm animals that they cut out and glued inside a large letter A

- Played Farm Bingo, I would say, "what says Baaa." or "Where do we get Eggs?" for them to place their markers on the squares.

- Did a farm animal match up, pictures of farm animals on one side, and items we get from them on the other to match up. Example: Cow - Milk

- Sang Old McDonald
